Apparently come January some peeps can only think of escape. I can't imagine why. Snow, cold, short days...what's not to love? Anthropologie puts a positive spin on the whole thing with their latest email all about the wayfarer. Love this idea. The January catalogue is growing on me more and more each day and the photos are just stunning.
left outfit: Twined Ribbon Cloche (not yet online)& Floating Forsythia Dress ($148, review here)
right outfit: Shoofly Trench ($198), Around The World Dress ($168),
& Sweetheart Oxfords ($218)
Over on the website Anthro reveals just a bit more about their inspiration -- 50s style. Now that they've pointed it out I totally see it in the full skirts and draping styles. What a great era to tackle. I look forward to seeing more of the collection.
