Certain criteria has to be met in order to qualify for free shipping (guesses in the comments, email from Anthro will clarify). This post will be updated with details as soon as I know more. The free shipping kicks in when your order is over $125. It didn't work when I was ordering just one item for $69.95.
And it has to have more than one item. Tried an expensive dress for $179 and the shipping fee was still there. When I added tights, the shipping fee is gone.
I have $146 in my cart and shipping was still there, but in another account I had, um, significantly more and shipping was free. Not sure if this is item-based or total-based yet. Hopefully email will come soon, stay tuned.

It's dollar based. I think the trigger point is $150.

Is anyone else having issues getting the free shipping? I got $0 Standard at first but when I proceeded to the next page I got an error page. Started over checkout and now it's $19.95! What gives? I have $150+ with a combo of items in my cart.

Never mind....serious shopping cart blip there. I had to re-add everything but now that it's totaling me correctly the free shipping has appeared!
am having the same issue as heather. i even emptied my cart, logged out and added it all back in and it still is giving me a shipping amount of $19.95. Sadness.

Thank you so much for breaking this news! I was close to pulling the trigger on the Wind rippled tee yesterday (which is now available in red online), but the 9.95 shipping on a $58 item pissed me off. Now it's on it's way to me with 3 of yesterday's new arrivals that I couldn't wait to see if they came to my store.
I think the Anthro web page is slowing down because of all of us ordering to get the free shipping.
Just called Anthro and an SA told me its true starting today! Free shipping with an order of $150 or more! Too bad I just placed an order yesterday...and they wouldn't refund the shipping....oh well.
Update: Thought I'd try my luck and call again to get another SA, and she refunded me my shipping from the order that I placed yesterday!!!! wahoo!
D'oh! I just placed an order on Tue for $10 less than that. But YAY that FS has returned. Anyone know when it expires? Hope it's good thru the holidays.
