Anthropologie is going international! In addition to the store they'll be opening in London next fall Anthro is very close to opening three locations in Canada. (And they're hiring!)
Two of the shops will be near Toronto: one in the city's fashionable Yorkville district and one just outside the city limits at the Don Mills Centre. The store at the Shops at Don Mills opens on April 22, I have not been able to find an opening date for the Yorkville store yet.
Finally, after some delays West Edmonton will also soon be home to an Anthropologie. The store will open at the West Edmonton mall this spring (tenatively scheduled for mid-May). Hooray to our friends up north! My question is whether the in-store prices will be American or Canadian (I am no expert on such things). Either way, at least you will avoid the duty by being able to buy in-store.
